Silicon Vikings Copenhagen is proud to present Søren Laungaard who has been working his way up in the Mærsk hierarchy from an entry-level position in the 90’s to Chief Process Officer in 2007.
Søren will talk about his experience with development and optimization of business models as well as his transformational excellence concept. Through his work with international companies he has developed a concept for how to construct a company – piece by piece – and how to get sustained improvements integrated into the company DNA. In order to succeed with excellence it will require a completely different approach than normally. In this talk Søren will introduce the concept and discuss the challenges during implementation of the concept.
The talk is targeted larger companies, smaller companies with internal growth as well as people focusing on system-based strategy and company optimization.
